Helping Anchorage Residents to Upgrade Their Yards

The weather, type of construction, type of soil may affect the timing of the construction process. However, the following structures might be built within certain time periods:

Q: What is the most time-consuming work?
A: Digging the foundation for the structures. Most of the time this is a manual labor. We build the foundations not less than 6 feet deep for any construction, and reinforce them with steel rebars.

Q: Why does it take different time to build different structures?
A: Most of the decks have only two posts. The regular storage has four posts. The average fence has 25 posts.

Q: Who design the constructions?
A: All constructions are designed by our company. We are proud of quality and unique designs of our constructions.

Q: How the homeowner can assist with construction?
A: We need only running water, 110-V power and your order, taking, preferably, in advance, so we can have enough time to find the right lumber for your project. Not every peace of lumber is good for construction. Some times, it takes to review dozens of boards in the lumber stores to get the straight one for your project.

Q: How much does it cost to build any of these structures?
A: Once we learn about your project and measure your lot, we can come with an estimate. For your convenience, we may accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Q: What is the payment plan?
A: All orders required to be paid in advance at 50% of the cost. Once the job is done, and you are completely satisfied with what we built for you, the full amount is due.

We also help you to save some money. We offer 5% discount, if the entire order is paid in advance. Sample: with $6,000 order for the deck, 5% discount saves you $300.
